Things I’m Loving

March 25, 2012

One week until my half marathon! So crazy, after about 3 months of training it’s almost here! I’ve learned quite a lot during this half marathon training and can’t wait to have a week of rest after, and then get back into things!

I hope you all are enjoying your weekend, getting some things accomplished, but mostly having a nice relaxing time! I feel like Sundays are always the most appropriate times for my posts on Things I’m Loving, mostly from my pinterest page. I spent WAY too much time on pinterest yesterday… Mostly rearranging my own boards, but still… That site is dangerous.

Have a great Sunday!

Haha, anytime someone comes to the door I always peek through the window first. If it’s someone selling something, I don’t answer it!

Oh I am so that person! At my parents house we’d always hit the ground and try and sneak around to see who it was! Still do that when I’m there…

i totally agree… pinterest can be quite the time hog sometimes. i’ve been loving all the spring outfits on there lately… the dresses, wedges with cropped pants, bright jeans, flowy tops. it makes me want to go shopping!

I know! I just wish I had a job to go shopping! Haha most of my clothes are from senior year of college or before, when I had a part time job!

I did the same thing yesterday and stayed on pinterest too long. It’s a black hole.

Yum! Those food ideas you pinned look tasty!

I’m currently craving a pair of cropped kelly green pants. But I don’t want to spend too much money on them because they’re such a trendy item.

I think those could be classic! Haha although I grew up in country club land where resort-wear was completely normal. But I think you could get some really good use out of those for years to come! As long as they’re simple and classic!

I live in an apartment, so I don’t have to worry about anyone at my door- it’s a good feeling!

It seems like big bold bracelets are in this spring/summer, so I want to get some of those!

    • March 25, 2012 7:59 pm

I live in an apartment too, and I’ve still had knocks at my door! Usually it’s the maintenance man, but once it was someone who was confused and it was late at night. I definitely pretended to not be there…

      • March 25, 2012 8:16 pm

Oh, ok, that would’ve freaked me out! Especially since we DO live in an apartment building. Eek!

Ahhh one week! So exciting! You’re gonna do awesome 🙂

Ooh, I’m loving those zucchini chips! I have three sitting in my fridge, so I know what I’ll be making this week. 🙂 And that ring! Gorge.

I’m all about bright red/orange right now. Over spring break I bought six pieces of clothing (pants, tops, sweater, dress) in the same shade. It’s such a happy, vibrant color!

Hope you had a great weekend!

Umm, so that comment above was from me! For some reason WordPress made me log in with my account to leave a comment this time…and my username popped in after I clicked “submit.” Haha! Just thought I’d let you know the real identity of that froyo fan. :-p
